  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also have two different financing options: Paypal Pay in 4: Allows you to pay for your purchases in four interest-free payments over six weeks with a small down payment Affirm: For larger amounts or for those that need a more flexible repayment plan, Affirm allows you to take up to 36 months to pay for your purchases Details for both options are listed for eligible items when you place them in the shopping cart.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we ship our complete desktop PCs to the US. Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 US states. Please message us for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • When will my item arrive?
    In-stock items and prebuilt PCs are shipped the next business day (excluding weekends & holidays). We use a variety of carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and others. You can expect to receive in-stock and prebuilt PCs in 2-6 days. Any item valued over $500 will require a signature at delivery. Some of our other items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Gaming PC sold as a "Preorder" are built AFTER you place your order. Each preorder system will list the approximate delivery time next to the price.
  • Can I pick up my order from your location?
    No, we currently do not accept will-call orders due to Covid-19 safety protocols.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel most orders by contacting us. Once the item ships, it cannot be canceled; however, most items can be returned after you receive them.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on most items for up to 15 days. However, certain items can not be returned. See our returns policy here
