  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At Tustin Systems, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. We currently accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we also offer the option to pay using PayPal for those who prefer this method. For those who need a little more time to pay for their purchases, we offer two financing options: PayPal Pay in 4: Allows you to pay for your purchases in four interest-free payments over six weeks with a small down payment Affirm: For larger amounts or for those that need a more flexible repayment plan; Affirm allows you to take up to 36 months to pay for your purchases Details for both options are listed for eligible items when you place them in the shopping cart. Rest assured that all transactions made on our website are encrypted and secure, providing you with peace of mind when making a purchase.   • Where do you ship to?
    At Tustin Systems, we are proud to offer shipping to customers within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We strive to provide timely and reliable delivery services to ensure all our customers receive their orders promptly. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 to addresses in the lower 48 states. Contact us for shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii or if you need further assistance regarding shipping.
  • When will my item arrive?
    In-stock items and prebuilt PCs are usually shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). We use various carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and others. You can expect to receive in-stock items in 2-6 days after payment. Any item valued over $500 will require a signature at delivery. Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. They can take up to 14 business days to arrive. The estimated delivery time for these items will be shown in the listing. PC systems sold as a "Pre-Order" are built AFTER you place your order. Each pre-order system will list the approximate delivery time next to the price.
  • Can I pick up my order from your location?
    No, we currently do not accept will-call orders due to Covid-19 safety protocols.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel most orders by contacting us. Once the item ships, it cannot be canceled; however, most items can be returned after you receive them.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns on most items for up to 15 days. However, certain items can not be returned. See our returns policy here
  • Are computers at Tustin Systems already assembled?
    Yes, at Tustin Systems, we offer a range of pre-built and custom-built computers. Our pre-built options are fully assembled, tested, and ready to use right out of the box. Our expert team designs and configures these computers to ensure high performance, reliability, and compatibility. For customers looking for specific specifications and customization options, contact us to tailor the components to meet your particular needs. Systems marked "Pre-Order" are not assembled but custom systems that we have previously built for other customers. These systems are available for purchase; however, we don't assemble them until they are ordered. With either option, you can trust that each computer is expertly assembled with high-quality components to provide the best computing experience.
